FORMER EMPLOYEES
The Former Employee Access portal allows former employees to review and update limited contact details, view pay history, download pay stubs, and access W-2 and W-2C documents when Payroll is enabled.

EMPLOYEE VERIFICATION
For verification of employment and/or income concerning a Barrow County School System employee, our organization uses The Work Number® service from Equifax to help provide automated income and employment verifications. Please visit The Work Number website to log in and verify your organization.
TAX INFORMATION
- W-2s will be available BY January 31.
- They can be accessed AND printed from ESS.
IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS: To request a copy of Health Coverage, or Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage.
