Student Records and Transcripts
The Barrow County School System offers a secure website for alumni, former students and corporations to request transcripts and student records online. We do not accept walk-ins, phone and fax requests.
If you are currently enrolled in a Barrow County School and would like a copy of your records, please check with your individual school for more information.
What about diplomas?
Barrow County School System does not keep copies of diplomas. Please contact Scholastic Images at (770) 614-9353 or ScholasticImages to purchase a re-print of your diploma. Scholastic Images requires an official high school transcript when ordering a new diploma.
In-State Requests (Georgia Schools)
If you are a graduating senior requesting transcripts for an in-state Georgia school, please use your GA Futures account to make your request. If you do not have a GA Futures account, you can create one and then make the transcript request.
Out-of-State Requests or to the Student Directly
If you are requesting transcripts to be sent out of state or to you directly, click the button below.

Three (3) transcripts may be requested through this site at no charge. All future requests will have a fee.
