Driver's License Forms
To receive documents needed for the Department of Driver Services during the summer, please email the following people with your request along with your student's name and address.
- Summer hours for all BCSS facilities are Monday-Thursday from 8am-4pm.
- Forms are good for 30 days.
Apalachee High School:

Requests can be submitted May 28th - June 18th or July 7th - July 31st.
The school will be open Monday-Thursday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The front office is closed from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch daily.
Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy:

Requests can be submitted May 27th - June 17th (Mon. - Thur.) or July 7th - July 17th (Mon. - Thur.) July 21st -July 31st (Mon. - Fri.)
Winder-Barrow High School:Jessica Dehart
Forms must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Any requests made Thursday - Sunday will be ready at the end of the day on Monday. The main building is closed for renovations. Forms may be picked up in back in the 9th Grade Academy.
