Congratulations to Courtney Sosebee on her promotion to Assistant Principal at County Line Elementary, starting with the 2026-2027 school year.

Ms. Sosebee is currently an integral part of the Barrow County School System team, serving as the Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support (GNETS) Site Coordinator. She has nearly 16 years of experience in education.

During that time, she served as a classroom teacher in both elementary and high school settings and as a special education program specialist. She’s also supported extracurriculars at BCSS as a coach for a variety of sports - and is a proud BCSS graduate.

Having served this community over the past three years, this opportunity is especially meaningful to me. I remain committed to supporting a culture and belief that every child belongs, every child can achieve, and every child has the ability to make a positive impact.”
