The Barrow County School System is happy to announce Ms. Casey Bray as the next Principal of Austin Road Elementary School, starting with the 2026-2027 school year.

Ms. Bray is currently at County Line Elementary School, where she has been serving as Assistant Principal since 2023. She has 12 years of experience in education and started her teaching career here at Barrow County School System.

“I am honored and excited to join the Austin Road Elementary community and become a Rocket where we will work together to ensure students feel valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their highest potential. The elementary years are where confidence is nurtured, curiosity is sparked, and a love of learning begins. I look forward to building strong relationships and helping our students and staff grow, succeed, and soar.”

Before her role as CLES Assistant Principal, Ms. Bray taught different grade levels, along with Gifted and EIP classes, at Gum Springs Elementary School in Jackson County.
