We encourage all families to complete our School Benefit Application each year to see if your student qualifies to receive extra benefits for school, like free or reduced meals and more listed below.

The Meal Benefit application for the 2025-26 school year will open on July 14, 2025.

MEAL DISCOUNT:

• Free or reduced price ($0.40) for school lunch

Families must complete a new application for free and reduced meals at the beginning of each school year. Please use the complete first and last name(s) of your student. It should match the name on the enrollment record and include hyphenated or multiple last names.

Please note the following exception:
Students currently enrolled in BCSS receiving Food Stamps or TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) are automatically enrolled and do not need to complete a School Benefit Application. However, if you are a new BCSS family, you must complete a new application. It will not carry over to a different county.

COLLEGE APPLICATION DISCOUNT:

• Must request discounted SAT or ACT test first
• 4 college fee vouchers per SAT exam
• 4 college fee vouchers per ACT exam

ATHLETICS DISCOUNT:

Check with your school's Athletic Director or Administration.

NETWORK DISCOUNT:
