I have 25 years of experience in public education. My first role was as a Technology Education teacher at the High School and Middle School levels in Oglethorpe County. There, I also served as the CTAE Director. I then went on to Clarke County where I served as an assistant principal and principal at Chase Street School. During that time, the school moved from one that failed to make Adequate Yearly Progress to one that received national recognition in the form of a National Blue Ribbon School Award and a National Title I Distinguished School Award. Since then, I have worked as a central office administrator in Elbert County, serving as the special education director, HR director, and other duties with the title of Associate Superintendent.

I hope to provide sound leadership in attracting, retaining, and supporting high-quality staff.
