Caron Hope

As Project AWARE District-LEA Program Manager, Caron Hope helps implement mental health-related promotion, awareness, prevention, intervention, and resilience activities to ensure school-aged youth have access and are connected to appropriate and effective behavioral health services.

"I am so excited to join the BCSS team as the Project AWARE Program Manager! Issues related to mental health can be a huge barrier to the academic success of students. My hope is that we can utilize Project AWARE programs and services to support existing efforts to continue reducing and removing these barriers through awareness, prevention, early intervention, and improved access to needed services and resources."

The overall goal of Project AWARE is to support the sustainable implementation of school-based mental health programs and services that will contribute significantly to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for students to thrive emotionally and academically.
