The 2025 Regional Student Technology Competition took place on Saturday, Jan. 18, at Barrow Arts & Sciences Academy. BCSS district champions competed with the best from Northeast Georgia school systems.

Students from Barrow County Schools presented 57 projects across 14 different categories in five distinct grade-level divisions. By the end of the day, 52 Barrow projects were announced as medal winners, and 28 Barrow students earned the opportunity to compete at the state championship of the Georgia Student Technology Competition on Saturday, March 1, in Henry County.
