It was a joy to surprise Andrea Rowe at Austin Road Elementary School (ARES) with the announcement that she is the BCSS Super Star Teacher for October!
ARES Principal Julia Hodges nominated her, saying, “Mrs. Rowe embodies the core values of our school, such as integrity, responsibility, and perseverance. She collaborates with other teachers, shares resources, and participates in professional learning communities.”
Andrea Rowe serves as ARES’ STEAM Lab Teacher, promoting creativity and innovation for a well-rounded educational experience for her students.
