Winder-Barrow High School senior, Breanna Ryle, found herself drawn to sports from a young age, she grew up playing several sports. Being part of a team was something that the student could always look forward to.
She knew that she had a support system between her teammates, coaches, and family. Sports have always been a big part of her life. Being involved with after-school activities was ingrained within her.
“Volleyball has shaped my character in the classroom by helping me to never give up on the work I struggle to complete,” said Breanna.
A moment that she and her teammates will remember is the time they went to the Final Four last year.
Breanna is not only a devoted athlete, but she is a hardworking and disciplined student. She will graduate this May as an Honor Graduate from WBHS. She plans to attend the University of West Georgia to attain a bachelor's degree in business management.
Breanna offers one piece of advice to the upcoming freshmen.
“Never take anything for granted, time flies so enjoy it while you can,” said Breanna.
Congratulations, Breanna! Barrow County School System is proud of your hard work inside the classroom and on the court.
