On Tuesday, Dec. 7, the school board approved the student calendars for the next two years.
A comprehensive process was utilized to seek input from all stakeholders. An online survey was sent to all parents and staff which was available for two weeks. Those responses were shared with school governance teams (SGT), along with drafted calendar versions for their consideration. After discussion and input from SGTs, two calendars were presented to the board of education, which were approved.
Digital learning days were scheduled for both years. As details for those days are finalized, more information will be shared with families in the coming months on what to expect.
