Employability/Soft Skills Seal
Awarded to high school graduates who:
- Complete a state-recognized soft skills program approved by the local system and their business partners

Distinguished Employability/Soft Skills Seal
Awarded to high school graduates who:
- Complete the requirements above - AND -
- Earn at least one unit in a state-approved Work-Based Learning program in the concentrated pathway area

pathway skills Seal
Seal awarded to high school graduates who:
- Complete a Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE) pathway in one of Georgia’s 17 Career Clusters - AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING -
- Pass an End of Pathway Assessment (EOPA)/lndustry Recognized Credentialing exam (if it applies)
- Complete a pathway in an industry-certified program
- Earn at least one unit in a state-approved Work-Based Learning program in the concentrated pathway area
- Complete all components of the Career-Related Capstone Project in the concentrated pathway area, as outlined by the Ga DOE - OR -
- Via dual enrollment complete two Technical Certificates of Credit (TCC) in one pathway, earning a Technical College Diploma, or earning an Associate’s Degree (Senate Bill 2 requirements)
