We are happy to welcome Dr. Melissa Perez as a new Assistant Principal at Winder-Barrow High School. The Barrow County Board of Education approved Mrs. Perez during the April 30 Work Session.
Dr. Perez has 18 years of experience in education as a teacher, professor, associate principal, and assistant principal.
"I am thrilled to embark on this journey as Assistant Principal at Winder-Barrow High School, where my goal is to foster an environment where every student and staff member feels valued and supported. My hope is to inspire a passion for learning and growth among our students, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to achieve their fullest potential and to help continue the history of excellence established at WBHS."
