Congratulations to Tiara Mensinger on her promotion to Assistant Principal at Austin Road Elementary School. The Barrow County Board of Education approved the move at their April 30 Work Session.

Mensinger has been part of our Barrow BOLD team since 2012. During that time, she has loved being a classroom teacher, an Educational Technology Specialist, and an Induction and Recruitment Coordinator.
Tiara is from Gwinnett County and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. In 2016, she obtained a Master’s in Education from Kennesaw State University. She completed a Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Mercer University in 2020 and is pursuing her doctorate from Piedmont University.
