An ideal candidate would have:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of college or vocational-technical training with emphasis on inventory control skills relating to maintenance operations and contract administration
• Strong organizational skills, ability to follow oral and written instructions quickly and accurately; good interpersonal communications skills, strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Minimum of five years inventory control or equivalent commercial building experience or equivalent administrative background preferred
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
