Purchasing
Welcome to the Purchasing Department. The Mission of the Purchasing Department is to obtain the best prices, quality products, and services for faculty, staff, and students and to maximize the Barrow County School District's resources. This is accomplished through phone quotes, bids, requests for proposals, both emailed and written, State contracts, and other local and federal agency contracts. To ensure purchasing policies and procedures are followed to maintain consistency in procurement practices and in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
Bid Packages
Please read each bid package carefully to ensure all the requirements outlined in the package are fulfilled when submitting a bid package. The Barrow County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids based upon the guidelines outlined in the bid package or what is deemed as action that is in the best interest of the Barrow County School District.
