Vince Caine

Vince Caine was elected to the Board of Education in January 2021. He has lived in Barrow County for more than twenty years. Upon graduation from the University of Georgia, Vince began a career in the investment management business. Today, he owns and manages a business consulting firm. He also spent the last four years on the Barrow County Planning and Zoning Commission, where he served as Vice-Chairman and Chairman.

His wife of twenty-years, Leigh Warren Caine, is from Winder and a graduate of Winder-Barrow High School. Vince and Leigh met when they both attended the University of Georgia. Daughter Ema Clair attended Holsenbeck Elementary and Bear Creek Middle, and she is now a Sophomore at Winder-Barrow High School. Mr. and Mrs. Caine have been actively involved and volunteering in our school system for many years.
