Bailey Hochgertle

Hi, My name is Bailey Hochgertle. I am excited to be your 5th-grade teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. This is my 2nd year of teaching and I am so excited to be in fifth grade.  I taught first-grade last year, and I am very excited to teach 5th this year.  I am from Dacula, Georgia where I graduated from Dacula High School in 2015. I graduated from Columbus State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I am currently enrolled back at Columbus State University, where I am pursuing my masters in Early Childhood Education and certification in STEM education.

When I am not in the classroom, I love to play golf or spend time with family. I am a huge Georgia Bulldog fan so plan to see me in a lot of red and black. I also love coffee, especially Starbucks!
