Parent Volunteers

Barrow county has changed the volunteer process.  Please click on the link or copy and paste it into your URL address and read further about the Barrow County Volunteer requirements.  If you have already been trained this school year, you will not have to re-watch the video.  However, you will need to follow all of the other steps.  If you plan to volunteer at Yargo or plan to attend a field trip, please complete the volunteer requirements.

As of January 20, 2020, Yargo front office will require parents to have the Volunteer "card" in order to be permitted in the building to volunteer. The school system will be issuing parents a card that says they have completed the online training, paperwork, and background check.  The card will be good for 2 years.  Please be sure to go through this process if you desire to volunteer at Yargo.
