Before & After School Programs

The WES Before/After School Program is designed to provide a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable environment for school age students who might otherwise be left at home unsupervised during the afternoon after school hours. The program is specifically for students attending WES, Pre-K through 5th grade. Activities may include art, movement, homework, computer, and games.

Morning care - 6:30 a.m.-7 a.m.
Afternoon care - 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. ($10 late fee if after 6 p.m.)

The Before/After School Program is in operation only on the days school is in session. The program is not available on teacher workdays, conference days, snow days, fall break, winter break, spring break or summer vacation.

Payments:

There is a $25.00 registration fee per student. See weekly tuition rates below. All parents/guardians must create an account in in myschoolbucks.com and add their student(s). After you create the account, you will use the login information to register your student in MSBactivities.com and register your student for the appropriate Before/After School Program. The registration fee and weekly fees will be sent through an invoice to the email address you provide.

Please note: All students must be registered through MSBactivities.com. Invoices will be sent out on the Monday prior to the week of service and are due on or before the Friday before the week of service. If you have any past due invoices over two weeks old, your student will be unenrolled from the program.
