AHS Family,  

We can’t wait to see you for Open House on Monday, Sept. 23. You will be able to connect with teachers, see classmates, better understand what our remote location will look like, and ask questions.

We ask students to follow their schedules – found in the student portal – when they visit teachers. Please visit during the times below.

If you have students in multiple grades, please arrive when it’s most convenient for you during Open House hours.

More About Chee East and Open House Information:

• With J Hall closed, BCSS will be using a building we own on Star Street for classes. We are calling it Chee East.
• Parking at Chee East is limited. We encourage you to ride with your student to Chee East on the buses during Open House. It will show you the quick ride students will experience to transition to Chee East.
• Buses will run continuously from the AHS bus lane to and from Chee East from 9AM-12PM during Open House.

We will also have the following available for students at Open House:

• Students may create a small piece of art that will be added to a larger mosaic that will eventually be displayed on campus.
• We will have additional counselors on campus from 9AM-12PM.

Updates to Class Schedules:  

• After Friday, check the Student/Parent Portal to review your student’s schedule.
• If you see “CE” on the schedule, you will travel to Chee East for that class period.
