We continue to monitor the weather forecast closely and are also consulting with local public safety partners concerning our area. For the remainder of our school day today, Jan. 21, the Barrow County School System will operate on the normal schedule. However, all evening activities across our district are canceled and parents are encouraged to pick up children from after-school programs by 4 p.m. 

Please remember, we will always send you direct emails/Remind messages and post to our website and on social media if there are any changes to our normal schedule.
