Rhonda Phillips

Becky Phillips has been a part of Barrow County Schools for 22 years working at Winder Barrow and Russell Middle, Kennedy Elementary, and Winder Barrow High School. She started as a Special Education paraprofessional then received her BS in Early Childhood Education from North Georgia College & State University.

After teaching several years, she went back to school and completed her M.Ed in Post Secondary Education from Troy University in 2008 and her Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial in 2011. Outside of school, she is actively involved in working with adults with disabilities through a social club called Club Friends along with many church related activities. Ms. Phillips has two granddaughters ages 12 and 8 that also keep her on the move.
