Chico's accepts Sims Academy student as a Project SEARCH employee

Joel, a participant in the Sims Academy STEP program has been accepted as a Project SEARCH employee for Chicos! Project SEARCH is unique in that it is a business-led, high school-to-work transition program. It takes place entirely at the workplace, and the goal for each student participant is competitive employment.
