Chef Joseph, assisted by Intro to Culinary students, provided a five-star lunch for the Georgia College and Career Academy network meeting that was hosted at Sims Academy on Thursday, November 10th.
The menu featured butternut squash bisque with a fall foam, roasted root vegetables, risotto with wild mushrooms, seared chicken breast with a teriyaki glaze, and a baked potato bar.
