A native of Georgia, Emma Meadows is beginning her teaching career with BASA during the 2022-23 school year. Ms. Meadows has always wanted to be teacher since she entered Kindergarten, and she is finally fulfilling those dreams.

Ms. Meadows completed her undergraduate degree at Oglethorpe University, where she also played college golf. After earning a degree in English and Comparative Literature, she pursued a Masters of Arts in Teaching in English Education from The University of Georgia.

Outside of the English classroom, Ms. Meadows also serves as the Head Coach for the Lady Blazers Golf Team and the National Honors Society advisor. She enjoys getting to work with students outside of the classroom to see them shine in unique ways.

Ms. Meadows enjoys reading about anything and everything, spending time exploring the outdoors, and relishing life with friends and family. She could not be more excited about getting to start off her career here at BASA!
