Casey Nissenbaum

Casey Nissenbaum has been teaching English/Language Arts for nearly twenty years. She lives in Athens, GA with her family, her dog Shirley, her cat Ernesto, and Bucky--the neighbor's cat who sneaks in though the doggie door. She has her BA in English from The University of Florida and her M.Ed. in English Education from The University of Georgia. She enjoys walking her dog, reading, crossword puzzles, yoga, paddleboarding, camping, hiking, and traveling. She is exceptionally excited to join the BASA team.
