Chromebook Agreement Form for Rising 9th Graders and BASA students who do not currently have a school/district Chromebook

Hello, BASA families! To ensure a smooth Chromebook checkout process, please be sure to fill out the online Chromebook Agreement Form prior to Open House. Any BASA student who does not currently have a BASA or district issued Chromebook will need to have a completed form on file in order to checkout a Chromebook.
