Driver's License Forms

To receive documents needed for the Department of Driver Services during the summer, please email the following people with your request along with your student's name and address.

• Summer hours for all BCSS facilities are Monday-Thursday from 8am-4pm.
• Forms are good for 30 days.

Apalachee High School:

Requests submitted between June 28 and July 5 will not be started until July 8.
 

Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy:
Donna Reeves

Requests submitted between June 18 and July 9 will not be started until July 10.
 

Winder-Barrow High School:
Dena McElhannon

If you have DMV appointments this summer and need paperwork, forms will NOT be available for pick-up on the following dates:

• May 25th - June 2nd
• June 21st - July 7th
