If your child has medication that he/she needs to take at school, and you need to send it in, please do the following:

-Print out the Medication Authorization form and fill it out.

-You can come through car rider line and drop medication and form off or

-You can call the school and let us know when you plan to come to the school with the medication and form and we will gladly get it from you when you get here

-YOU CANNOT SEND MEDICATION IN WITH YOUR CHILD.
