To Do: Sign Student Tech Agreement

HMMS Students and Families: Please complete the Student Technology Agreement as soon as possible. You will need your Student ID (lunch number) to complete the form.

Sign the Student Technology Checkout Agreement

1. Once you click through to sign the agreement, you will enter your Student ID and get a green bar that states: "We found a match for user (Student Name). View the policy here." Click the blue "here" to open the agreement.
2. Fill out the required information and click submit. You will a message saying "You approved this policy on (date you signed the agreement)."
