Emily Guarin
School Psychologist
Schools Served: CLES, HES, BCMS
I began my career in the Barrow County School System in 2016. As a school psychologist, I work with students, families, and staff to help support students’ ability to learn. My goal as a school psychologist is to help students succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. In addition, I strive to help create strong relationships and connections between the home and school to better support our BCSS students. I enjoy assessing students’ individual areas of strength and areas of concern and collaborating with parents and teachers to support diverse learners.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, playing with my dogs, reading, and watching Auburn football.
