Tamela Boyd

Tamela Boyd is an EIP (Early Intervention Program) teacher who works with students in many grade levels to support their reading and math education. She meets with students in small groups and provides extra support to improve their basic reading and math skills. 

Tamela believes every student has specific talents and unique abilities. She helps students use those talents by creating challenging lessons that stretch understanding. Tamela works to help students make connections across the curriculum and into their personal lives. 

Tamela has worked at County Line Elementary since 1999 teaching 3rd and 5th grades before supporting classrooms in EIP. She is also endorsed to teach Gifted and is a core team member of the APTT program at County Line. Her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University is in Early Childhood Education and she is certified for grades P-5.
