ARES Earns First Place for Georgia AG Experience Fall STEM Competition

The Georgia Ag Experience team visited Austin Road today to award Mrs. Neff’s class. They received first place out of 117 entries in the state for their composting project.

 Mrs. Rowe and Mrs. Neff led the class in the Georgia AG Experience Fall STEM competition. The class won $250 to spend on classroom supplies and a science experiment kit of a $100 value. They can’t wait to participate in the upcoming Spring STEM challenge and welcome back the Georgia Ag Experience mobile classroom for a visit later this year.

The class will be highlighted in an upcoming Georgia Agricultural Magazine article.
